Now, normally I wouldn't share my odd tastes in running jams with the world, as I prefer not to be laughed at. However, since this is all about how I'm getting fit, and maybe how you can too, let me share what moves me to run faster and jump higher. And yes, it does sound like a commercial for Rock of the 80's Part Two, yes it is weird, and no, I don't care. So there. Although I must add the following disclaimer: Just because I rock out to it on the elliptical trainer does not mean I'd play it in my car or at a party or working at my desk.
